IMERGEA SA (SIRET 94450549400012), registered in France, intentionally collects as little personal data as possible. Most pages and tools on imergea.com can be used without creating an account and without submitting any personal information. We do not sell, rent, or monetize user data.

Only two tools on the website collect data, and only when voluntarily submitted: the company valuation tool and the referral & partner forms. All other pages, calculators, and resources do not collect any personal data.

Confidentiality

Information submitted through forms is treated as confidential and is accessible only to IMERGEA. It will not be disclosed to third parties without consent unless required by law or necessary to pursue the requested interaction.

The referral and partner forms are the second tool on the website that collects personal data. When submitting a referral or a partnership request, IMERGEA collects contact information strictly necessary to evaluate the opportunity and process your request.

Referral Submission May Include

• Your name, email, and phone number
• Identification detail (passport number if individual / business registration certificate if entity)
• Prospect company name and details
• Prospect contact person (name, email, phone)

Partner Application May Include

• Name, email, phone, and optional entity
• Sector expertise, contribution, and geographic coverage
• LinkedIn profile link and/or CV upload

How It Is Used

Submitted information is used exclusively for professional evaluation, contacting relevant parties, and preparing contractual agreements. It is not sold, rented, or used for third-party marketing.

Disclosure of Identity

For lead referrals, IMERGEA may disclose the referrer's name to the referred party (the prospect) in the course of making initial contact. For affiliated partners operating under a co-mission agreement, IMERGEA may disclose the partner's identity to clients, provided the partner has accepted the terms of the co-mission engagement. No disclosure is made without a prior contractual basis.

IMERGEA does not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking across any of its tools or pages. Where cookies are used, they are intended exclusively to support functionality and user experience (e.g. language preference, theme selection, session continuity).

Managing Cookies

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Depending on your configuration, disabling cookies may impact certain site features such as the valuation tool or booking system.

IMERGEA provides professional advisory services. Commercial terms are defined in writing before any engagement begins.

Online Payments

For certain services (e.g. booking consulting time), payments may be processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe. IMERGEA does not store card numbers and only receives payment confirmation status.

Refunds & Rescheduling

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement: advisory time already delivered is non-refundable; work started is billable; cancelled sessions may be rescheduled depending on the notice period provided.

IMERGEA may offer optional digital service credits (“IMRC”) representing prepaid consulting services on the Base network.
