A transparent blockchain payment option for defined advisory packages. Not an investment, stablecoin or promise of future value.
IMRC is an optional ERC-20 token deployed on Base. In the current IMERGEA booking flow, the client selects an eligible package and transfers one IMRC for each consulting day included in that package. Card payment through Stripe remains a separate alternative.
The booking ratio of one IMRC per consulting day is an operational service rule. It is not a guarantee that one IMRC has a cash value of EUR 350, can be sold for that amount, can be redeemed for cash or will remain liquid on any market.
The same four fixed-scope packages appear on the booking page.
1 consulting day · card reference price EUR 350
3 consulting days · card reference price EUR 1,050
5 consulting days · card reference price EUR 1,750
10 consulting days · card reference price EUR 3,500

Always verify the contract address. A token with the same name or symbol at another address is not the IMRC contract described here.
Choose one of the 1, 3, 5 or 10-day packages on the official IMERGEA booking page and complete the non-confidential booking brief.
Use a compatible wallet on Base Mainnet. The user is responsible for wallet security, the correct network and sufficient ETH for gas.
The booking interface requests the number of IMRC corresponding to the selected package and transfers it to the displayed IMERGEA wallet.
The transaction hash and on-chain receipt are subject to manual or technical verification before IMERGEA treats the booking as paid.
IMERGEA confirms availability, source-material requirements, compliance checks and a realistic delivery schedule.
A client who does not hold IMRC can use the card option. Paying by card purchases the advisory package; it does not purchase or issue IMRC.
IMERGEA does not promise that IMRC is listed on Uniswap, Aerodrome, SushiSwap, a centralized exchange or any other venue. A third-party interface may display a token or pool without IMERGEA endorsement. Availability, liquidity, slippage, fees and the ability to resell can change or be absent entirely.
IMERGEA does not set, maintain or guarantee a secondary-market price and does not promise appreciation, capital protection or financial return.
IMERGEA is not committed to buy IMRC back, exchange it for fiat currency or provide market liquidity.
Holding IMRC alone does not create a mandate or reserve capacity. Service acceptance remains subject to the current booking menu and IMERGEA confirmation.
The verified token contract does not expose an expiry mechanism. This does not freeze commercial terms forever; the services and acceptance conditions available at booking may evolve.
Using IMRC involves risks that do not apply to ordinary card payment.
Lost keys, compromised wallets, phishing and signing the wrong transaction can cause permanent loss. IMERGEA cannot recover a wallet.
Blockchain transfers are normally irreversible. Sending to the wrong address, wrong network or incompatible contract may result in permanent loss.
There may be no active market, no buyer and no reliable price. A displayed quote may involve extreme slippage or unusable liquidity.
The source is verified but no independent audit is published. Verification confirms source matching, not absence of bugs or economic risk.
Base, wallets, RPC services and third-party interfaces may fail, change, be attacked or become unavailable.
Rules and tax treatment vary by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for obtaining independent legal, accounting and tax advice.
IMERGEA may refuse, pause or cancel service for sanctions, AML, source-of-funds, beneficial-ownership, conflict, legality, capacity or professional-ethics reasons.
The token contract does not perform KYC, reserve capacity or issue automatic refunds. If service cannot proceed, any remedy is assessed off-chain under applicable law and the agreed terms. An exceptional refund is not guaranteed and may require a separate blockchain transfer, identity and wallet verification, and deduction of non-recoverable network costs where lawful.
IMRC gives no ownership, voting, dividend, interest, profit-sharing, creditor or governance rights in IMERGEA.
IMRC is not designed or represented as maintaining a fixed monetary value and is not redeemable for cash on demand.
This page is factual product documentation, not an invitation or recommendation to purchase, trade or speculate in IMRC.
IMERGEA does not guarantee exchange listing or liquidity. If you obtain IMRC from a third party, independently verify the contract address, pool, price impact and risks. Card payment remains available without acquiring IMRC.
Not as a cash or market-value guarantee. The current booking system requests one IMRC per consulting day, while the card reference rate is EUR 350 per day. IMERGEA does not guarantee resale, cash redemption or a EUR 350 market price.
Only when choosing IMRC. Stripe card payment is available separately and does not require a crypto wallet.
The source code is verified on BaseScan, but no independent smart-contract security audit was published there when this page was updated.
No. It gives no equity, debt, governance, profit or guaranteed return. It also has no guaranteed liquidity or buyback.
Review the current package scope before using IMRC or Stripe.
