Q: How does the maturity rating work?

You set an overall company stage, then fine-tune a 1-to-10 maturity score for each pillar. Higher maturity means more checkpoints are expected to be done already; anything you mark as missing is flagged as overdue so you can see the gap between where you think you are and what is actually in place.

Q: Is it free, and does my data leave my browser?

Yes, it is free with no sign-up. The tool runs entirely in your browser and your answers are saved only on your own device. The Excel export is generated locally — nothing is uploaded to a server.
